1. In order to enjoy the work of a business intelligence analyst, you must be curious & inquisitive. Depending on your interests there are many positions available. Look for positions under business analyst, data science or intelligence. These roles can be found in Advertising, Communications & Media, Environmental Sustainability, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality, Hi-Tech & Manufacturing, Public Sector, Shipping , Logistics & Transportation.
2. I am not an architect, but I can tell you that I have worked with architects and there are many different types of architects, they can design and build bridges and roads, commercial and residential buildings and environmental sustainability solutions
3. Again, I am not a teacher, but I know many teachers and understand why they chose their profession. Teaching can be very rewarding as you are helping to open young people's minds and supporting the future of the world! It is not an 8 - 5 job, You will be working under guidelines outlined by different local, state and national educational organizations, You'll work with Students, Faculty and Parents to make a positive impact to your community.

I work in the technology industry and help my customers solve complex business challenges & opportunities in product development, quality, environmental sustainability, supply chain, shipping & logistics - my compensation package includes an annual salary, benefits like paid leave, healthcare and when my clients purchase our software and services, I am compensated with a "commission" a percentage based on the the purchase price.
5. No matter what type of a career you choose, it is important to find a place where you can collaborate and find ways to make the world a better place for all. In order to be successful, I've learned that it takes a village of different people to be successful. Remember that the world is diverse and so are the people that we live with - we must find common ground, learn how to work better together to protect our environment and our communities.
Think about what excites you, do you like learning about agriculture, science, math, art, music, cooking, reading, writing, research, sports, mechanical/ building or fixing things
Do you like to work independently, with a team? Research different type of jobs that would allow you to more closely align to your interests.
Do you like to help others, people or animals? Perhaps you think about different careers that you would allow you to these interests -
Do you like to Travel? Think about where you live, where you would like to visit and why and then research these locations and see if your career aspiriations would allow you to live there.
Seek internships in the areas of interest you have - try things out - often times you learn more about yourself and what you are good at when you experiment. Don't be afraid to admit what you thought you'd like, isn't for you . Good luck!

I am going to answer these three questions. Being a teacher has pro's and con's, The biggest pro is you get summers off. This allows you to relax, improve your craft or work another job for additional income. As teacher you usually make 40-60k to start, and it continues to go up every year as you improve and take on other roles within the school (think clubs, coaching etc). Another pro is you get to work with kids, in a lower stress environment. In my experience with friends who are teachers, you also make a lot of good relationships both with mentor types (older teachers who have been there awhile), and other young new teachers, who have a lot in common with you. Thus, it is definitely an intriguing job, as youll have a lot of time, a good group of co-workers, and opportunities to make a lot more money.

There are a number of business intelligence analysis type jobs. But first, does data and statistics excite you? Do you love spreadsheets, or sifting through information? You can build many stories out of the data that is available. As someone who works in analytics, I'm a big fan of collecting information (e.g. stats for my son's sports, fitness tracking on my watch, and monitoring adoption of features and products at work).
Starting with business questions is key. What are you trying to understand from the data? What data do you need to assess the question you're trying to answer? How do you collect it, and how long? Once collected, are you able to see a trend? Build a story?
Separately, there are many challenges in business intelligence analysis: how clean is the data you're getting (garbage in, garbage out)? Do you have a reliable means of collecting that data? Are there ways that data could be skewed? It's a great time to be in data today, with many companies requiring data analysis, and dipping into artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). Wishing you the best there, should you choose that path!

Not sure if you mean data / software architect or more building architect. The former certainly requires being up-to-date on technology, available options in the field, and best practices, as well as experience in driving solid foundations for software. On the building side, it likewise requires a great understanding of rules and regulations, as well as general physics for structural engineering. It is a harder area to drive work from my exposure to building architecture: one of my siblings majored in this and couldn't find work. However, he did turn to CAD (Computer-Aided Design) with his architecture skills, which led him to a long career in CGI for movies and games.

This is a rewarding field, if you love to see growth in others, and help them set their own lives up for success. As you probably know, it can also be very frustrating and challenging in its own ways too, depending on what your school and school district provide in support and safety, and how well you deal with children or young adults.
It should be one of the most revered professions, because of all of this. But it also could mean dealing with angry, upset parents, and -- depending on location-- not the best pay. So be prepared, come with the right expectations, etc. But remember, you would be shaping the citizens of tomorrow!

I am assuming you're asking for the prior 3 professions. All three depend on which area and location. I encourage you to search online, or use sites like GlassDoor, or LinkedIn to dig in.
- In BI Analysis, the average salary in the US appears to be $85-90K. However, in general data analysis, it can be upwards of $200K even.
- An architect, a software architect probably makes anywhere from $100-200K+, a building/general architect, somewhere between $70-150 (Avg. $99K)
- And a teacher, probably $35-95K, depending on area, experience, expertise, etc.
These are all just estimates though and ballpark only, so do your research!

This depends on the company, the culture of the company, and you. Are you a more sociable person? Are you open to learning more about others that you work with, building your own rapport, or maybe even learning about their lives and hanging out after work?
You indeed can have great relationships where you work. Sometimes they are strictly and fully professional, sometimes you find the best of friends, and everywhere in between. Do your best to keep an open mind, and listen, while being your true self. Find companies that foster positive atmospheres and culture, and you'll be in it for the long haul.
