Hi Yareli,
This is a website that shows you accredited PT schools. Just click on the state you want to look at. Don't forget to also look at the PTA schools as well.

Donna’s Answer

I would refer you to the American Physical Therapy Association website (apta.org) for the current listing of schools in the US that offer a degree in Physical Therapy. Then investigate the pre-requisites of the schools you are interested in, design your undergrad degree to meet those pre-reqs, and apply to more than one school.

Emma’s Answer

Hi Yareli,

Always check in APTA to make sure the programs you're looking for are accredited or have their accreditation pending. Several California State University (CSU) campuses offer Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs or related graduate programs in physical therapy. As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, campuses like Fresno State, CSULB, CSUN, Sacramento State, CSUSM, and CSUEB have offered DPT programs or related graduate programs in kinesiology with a focus on physical therapy. However, program offerings can change, so it's essential to verify the most current information directly from the CSU campuses' official websites and admissions offices to confirm program availability, admissions requirements, and application deadlines for prospective DPT students.
