How do I put my best into my college and how do I grow with my college?

The reason why I am asking this is because I want to give my best to the college that I am in and I want to take my privilege at my college. I will value my time and effort being at my college because we are learning and growing together. Not only that, I am representing my college and I should try my best to get most out of it. #college

The best thing you can do in college is get involved! Generally they will have a day during your first semester where you can learn about all the different academic and social groups on campus. Trust me it will be a lot. Don't feel overwhelmed and also don't feel like you have to join every single club that matches your interests.

Remember you are in college to learn, so the number one way to put your best foot forward is by working hard. It is easy to get caught up in the social aspect of school but going to class and doing your best should never be effected by that.

Your positive attitude and readiness is amazing! You will represent your school well :)

A big part of college is meeting people and building a network. The people you meet now can stay with you throughout your career and will be helpful in finding jobs later on. Also, working with a large group of people in college will introduce you to diverse styles and ways of thinking, which will help you to learn and think in different ways.

Check out the beginning of the year club fair. Look at posters around campus for activities. Get involved with a club sports team...they will probably have posters in your gym. Remember that you're in school to learn and study, but balance that with healthy ways of having fun.
