Hello Alex!

It is possible to invest in real estate without money.
However, you'll need to make careful decisions while entering the field.

You need to have good knowledge in investing. If you don't, you may put yourself at losing money vs earning it.

Some of the common ways people get into real estate are:
- Using loans: borrowing money from a relative, friend, or lender.
- Selling properties
- Working with a partner experienced in investing and finance

I recommend taking a look at these guides:
https://www.auction.com/blog/5-ways-to-begin-your-real-estate-investing-with-little-or-no-money-out-of-pocket/
https://webwriterspotlight.com/start-real-estate-business-with-no-money

Watch some videos about starting in real estate without money.
Grant Cardone has a channel focused on investment
Start off with his video here:

Lastly, read. Read everything you can about business.
Check out the books under the Personal MBA's sections for "Finance and Accounting" and "Personal Finance"

Educate yourself as much as you can and set yourself up for success.
Wishing you the best as you enter the world of real estate :)

There are many ways to get into the real estate industry without money to start with. You will likely be working for a company though rather than starting your own company.

That said, there are many great careers at both the entry level and executive level working for real estate companies. Depending on your interests and skill sets, you may want to consider commercial real estate investing, real estate brokerage, residential real estate agent, commercial or residential development, construction, architecture, consulting, title, mortgage lender or commercial lender, etc. The beautiful thing about real estate is how many different facets there are in the industry and how they all work together to provide an end product to the consumer. Every career I mentioned can be done for a company where you will learn a lot and don’t need to invest any of your own money. You can build up your money working for a company and learning skills before eventually branching out and starting your own company once you have some money.
