Mohit’s Answer

The chosen career may change over time. As you continue to gain knowledge about life and acquire new abilities, your strategies are likely to shift.

Even if your career remains the same, there will be alterations in responsibilities, the nature of your work, the way you work, and ultimately, it will appear significantly different from where you began.

In my case, I started as a Software Developer, transitioned to a Software Tester, then took on the role of leading a team, and now I am a manager who collaborates with the sales team.

Although the work I do is related, it is entirely distinct from what I initially started doing.

YES, it will change. It will change a lot. It does not matter what you do, it will change. The good news is that the change prevents becoming bored by doing the same thing every day for forty years. The job will change due to emerging technology, emerging social priorities, and emerging awareness of the career itself. for example, medical doctors once just treated the ailment as presented, but now they treat the whole person, including emotional challenges. Computer careers were once just developing software to do a business objective, but now the career focuses on how users interact with computers.

It depends on you! Some people like to stay where they are or move on to a different scope. However in the long run yes, your career will pivot in some way.
