Let me tell you one thing that Art is itself a therapy that diverts your mind towards peace and comfort.
That's why you have seen most of the people fights from there anxiety and depression through art ..
It just needs a good creative imagination that can built anything through that , metaphor plays a great role in art ..,for e.g a shape circle that is mother shape of all shapes how it starts it starts from an dot that can create thousands of product and designs
