What scholarships are available for physiotherapy students?

Hi Martha!
Are you pursuing your Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in the US or Physiotherapy in Kenya? (Perhaps you already know this but it's the same thing, just called something different based on where in the world you are!)
If you are in the US going for your DPT, I can recommend a program created by a friend of a friend. The organization is called Rizing Tide and its purpose is to help students from underrepresented racial or ethnic backgrounds. There are two types of scholarships they offer - the Crest scholarship is for 1st/2nd year students and the Surge scholarship is for graduating students who are entering a residency program. Crest is closed already but the other is accepting applications until 30 September. Best of luck to you!

Scholarships.com is a starting point, there are others.. Google scholarships in general and your specific one also look for Grants, some grants you will not have to pay back!
