Well I agree time management is key but what does this look like for you? I currently have2 children and work full time but was in school with my first child. It starts by asking for help, whoever you have whatever they can give.
1.) Figure out you motivation
2.) Set up off time, knowing you have scheduled reprieve can give you the extra push you will sometimes need.
3.) Meal schedule for yourself and household take a weekend to food prep, or this could be how others help you. Not worry about the next meal can do a lot for time.
4.) Sleep is important set an alarm for when to start bedtime routine and another for when it should end and you lay down. The first few nights will feel forced and might be even hard to get to sleep.
5.) Overall wellness make sure all is well health wise, don't forget to take your multivitamins and supplements you will need the energy.
6.) Try a physical calendar of your days and set alarms to end one task and start another giving grace between each one.
7.) Associate with other like minded individuals, this is how I finished school, it was helpful to know I had classmates who studied together. Once we all understood the charisma changed behind each subject.
8.) Change your outlook on school, don't look at length (4years) look per semester and per week schedule to feel accomplished, if you are task oriented, cross off assignments on syllabus a sense of accomplishment will help reduce stress.
This amongst writing this down will ease the mental load and thus reduce stress.

1. Letting Go of Perfection and accepting that not everything will get done perfectly—focus on what matters most. The quote i recall often - "Done is better than Perfect".
2. Identifying your top most priority for the day/week. Clarify your top priorities each week (e.g., work deadlines, child’s needs, key assignments) and plan your time around that.
3. Learn to Say No.
4. Combine Tasks so that you can get tasks completed together. Or even ask Children to help out in tasks that they are able to. Asking for Help such as Enlisting support from family, friends, or neighbors for childcare or errands when possible.
5. Utilize Technology/ AI: Use apps for reminders, note-taking, and time management and use AI to help you plan/schedule your time.
6. Establish a routine - Establish routines for your child to create predictability and free up focused time for yourself. Dedicate specific blocks for work, study, family, and rest.

In order to manage stress you have to manage your time wisely. You have to set a routine for yourself and stick to it for the most part. Once you get into the groove of a routine it will be much easier for you to manage your time and have enough time for everything you need to do (including relaxing). Make yourself to-do lists on a weekly basis, use Google calendar or a planner to keep track of events, deadlines, and due dates. In addition to setting a routine and sticking to it, plan out relaxing activities into your day. Or set aside a time, after everything is done for the day, that you can have "me" time. I have also personally found it essential to not only find time for myself but also make use of that time in a way that is best for me and my holistic wellness. I have found the HeadSpace app to be an essential tool in helping me relax and generally feel more relaxed throughout the day, Guided meditation, even if you have a busy schedule, will make you feel more at ease and relaxed throughout the day as a whole (not just when you have the time to relax and focus on that "me" time).
