I want to be a pediatric nurse where should I start when it comes to searching for a good collage? Where do I start?

Many high schools will have some kind of college advisor or guidance counsellor you can speak with. They are probably the best ones to advise you on these things, since it's quite literally their job to be aware of how things like this work. I could tell you what I did, but that was over 40 years ago, and the world may have changed somewhat.

It's never too early to start thinking about things. I'd recommend you talk to your advisor now. Even if it's too early to apply to colleges, you want to sort of plan out your high school classes and extra curricular activities.

Thank you for your question. This is a good question. In fact, different colleges have strength in different subjects. So, you better find out the careers you have interest first. The relevant subjects will be the major and minor you can focus.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Think about what you have interest, e.g. your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc. and identify the related careers
E.g. If you like music, would you like to be a singer, musician, musical artist, music composer, music producer, etc.
If you have interest in maths, would you like to be an accountant, engineer, financial analyst, banker, maths teacher, etc.
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counsellor, your parents, etc.
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue. The relevant subjects are the major and minor you can focus
5. Explore the college review on these subject and find out the entry criteria
