It's the best job with social justice values underlying all work.It offers flexibility too. They are able to help heal or solve problem and also help make the world a better place. The career is focused on helping others and meeting them where they are in their lives. Any job can be thankless, if the person does not believe in what he or she does. Success is doing what you love and loving what you do. Trying to help others when they may not understand resources does mean a person in the social work profession is unable to impact people's lives and society.

Best part of being a social worker are
1. You will find many job opportunities.
2. The social work career is versatile.
3. Leads to self-improvement.
4. Social workers change people's lives.
5. To bring change in world

Being a social worker is not going to make you financially rich, which is why many professionals are drawn to the field because they are passionate about helping others and doing meaningful work, providing crucial support to children, adults and families in need. Social work is by no means an easy field to work in, but it is extremely rewarding and meaningful.
