What are some skills I should be familiar with for getting my LPN/LVN?

A successful nurse starts off in the medical field by having previous healthcare experience. There is a huge difference between the nurses who were a Cna and those who were not. It will allow you to gain insight on the bedside manner as well as the duties you will have to fulfill. To work in the hospital will give you the best learning experience as you will get to work hands on with a nurse and if they feel comfortable they will allow you to help them with only duties they can perform but will show you how to go about it.
