Based on what works for you, you will need to assess your goals and see how they rank for you. Getting in touch with your priorities takes time sometimes but it is interesting to get different perspectives on this. I would rank them as follows :
1. Happiness
2. Income
3. Flexibility
It's actually the exact order you've written them. I put flexibility last because when working in any job or at any career, there's always a certain automatic amount of flexibility that comes with whatever you do. It's a given, so it's not very high up because it's not something one can always control. It's an element of any type of work a person does. And we even have to be flexible in our personal lives, too. We go into a job knowing what the expectations and restrictions are beforehand.
I believe that Happiness is first and foremost of importance. It provides growth, harmony and besides creativity and positivity, it is a good influence for others, fostering inspiration and appreciation of people and experiences. I rank Income in the middle because it's necessary but shouldn't be obsessed over.
This was easy for me to rank because I have had a great deal of life and career experience already but it is wonderful that you take the time to look at what your priorities are now and how they may change in the future.
