Janneth’s Answer

Although there is no specific pediatrician college major, Bachelor's programs in biology, chemistry, and physics all include classroom lectures and lab sessions in their specific fields, along with general education requirements, which would allow graduates to pursue a medical degree later.
I would recommend that your first two years, to take courses in biology and chemistry to fulfill your general education requirements and see what you like the most.

Janneth recommends the following next steps:

Do your research on what the biology or chemistry Bachelor's program looks like at the universities you're interested in.

You will need a lot of science classes to get into medical school, so either of those would be a good choice. The best advice I've heard, though, came from a dean of a university pre-professional program. Because less than half of those that apply to medical school get in, he recommended that everyone have a back up plan. Think about what you would want to do if you did not get admitted, then major in something that would make that possible. If it's something non-science related (such as business), just keep in mind that you would still need to take advanced sciences as your electives!
