Hello Michelle!

Working as an Office Administrator provides a fantastic opportunity to gain a deep understanding of business operations. It allows you to interact with various personalities, learn how to make your voice heard, and understand the dynamics of office politics.

Furthermore, it offers a unique perspective on how different business segments are interconnected. It emphasizes that all areas of a business, including real estate, must align towards achieving a common goal.

I hope this sheds some light on your query! :)

Beverly’s Answer

Hi Michelle,
It sounds like you are embarking on two careers that are distinct, yet can complement each other. Good office administration skills are needed for any career and in a real estate office you will be the "go to" person for more complex office strategies.
You can sell yourself as going above and beyond the real estate portal and may also assist with data collection, sorting and predicting sales. What excellent skills you will contribute to any office!
Best wishes in your career journey.
