When doing accounting, what is the most important things to remember and practice to master being able to calculate the numbers in your head for each client/customer?

Hi, I’m Klaryssa, I am a middle school student and I am curious about what methods are the best for calculating the amounts for each person/ business and how would I be able to practice it now to be able to master it now and gradually grow and improve in that skill. If any accountants would answer or give me some advice to calculating math in my head if possible, then that would be really nice, but if not then that’s okay too, and if any schools would be suggested to be taken then that would also be nice.
