My name is Amber I am a returning adult student. I will be pursuing a degree as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. I was diagnosed with Dysphagia about a year ago and when trying to see an SLP there was a wait to get in after a little research I found out that there is a nationwide shortage and am interested in what are some reasons that this field is not being pursued
