Not trying to be funny - you want to be honest with yourself and target jobs that list skills THAT YOU HAVE. ALso keep in mind its not just the BIG TOP 10 companies that we all know that hire web developers. You can work at a regional bank, a manufacturer, a non-profit, a service organization, etc. In fact I'd say any decent company that is well managed and has a good reputation is worth looking into. Take a look at ALL of the Fortune 500 companies. And beyond! Good luck.
