How do you juggle both school and getting a job or an internship for what you are looking for as a profession?
I will be going into college in the fall and I am worried that I am going to struggle with keeping on top of school, sports, and getting what I want for a job.

An important thing about college is time management and self-discipline. Compared to high school, college is where you are completely independent and have to hold yourself accountable. You will be able to juggle academics, career, and extracurriculars as long as you are responsible, manage your time wisely, and don't overextend yourself. Focus on things that you genuinely enjoy, and don't spread yourself too thin so you don't get overwhelmed or burnt out. This applies to the people you choose to spend your time with as well.

If you enjoy something or find it interesting, you'll find a way to make time for it. Plan your schedule so you can see it clearly. Anything is possible when it's something you love and want to do!

Keep your main goal clear and always in focus. Think about how much time you can dedicate to a part-time job or internship. Figure out the amount of money you need to cover your expenses. Remember, your top priority is to be a successful student and earn good grades. Once you know how much time you can spare and how much money you need, explore different work options. Consider the time each will take and the pay they offer. Stay committed to your plan, and with good time management, you’ll be able to balance both your studies and work. You’ve got this!

This is certainly a valid concern, but it is possible to juggle it all. Your time management will play a huge role in your success. I worked full-time while getting my MBA and I can share that there were honestly times where I cried myself to sleep. Please make sure you don’t take on too much. While in school, there were semesters where I only took a couple classes so I could work a little bit more to cover cost.
