Hi i'm Tiana,i'm going to be 14 on December 1,and I wanted to start working,but I don't know what to do, some of the jobs near me hire age is 16 or 18 I don't know what to do.

14 is a tough age as most businesses will not hire under the age of 16. this is due to NY Labor Laws. Possibly look for local baby sitting jobs or even inquire at a local grocery store. You school guidance should also be able to tell you if anyone in your area hires and then can give you guidance on how to proceed
