Amy’s Answer

When picking a university and degree, keep in mind the 5 C's: cost, campus, curriculum, community, and career.

Decide which of these matters most to you. Check online resources and the course catalog to learn about the degrees and classes offered. Talk to current students and alumni to hear about their experiences and career choices. Think about your strengths and what you like doing. Remember, you can also take a minor or explore classes in different fields.

Lastly, try to regularly write in a journal or talk with a trusted friend to help sort out your thoughts. Many people know they have chosen the right path when they enjoy what they are doing and don't have any hesitation. Good luck!

Ce’s Answer

Hi Taiya, I switched my college major! Many students go through times of confusion and need to adapt. To know if you've picked the right school and major, ask yourself: Does studying this make you feel happy and fulfilled? Does the course content match what you hoped for? Are you excited when you think about your future career? Changing majors isn’t a failure; it’s a brave choice to do what’s right for you! If you have any doubts, talk to your mentors and older students. Their advice can really help. Always remember, listening to what you truly want is the most important thing.
