A challenge I faced was determining if this was just a hard time and I should push through or is this a bad team to be on and I need to find something else to do.
Work should have hard times, but not drain you all the time.
To help me, I started making a list everyday of what brought me joy and what drained me for the day. The more I realized that I enjoyed the work, but not the people, I knew it was time to find somewhere else to go. This lesson also taught me to ask more questions about team dynamics as I looked for a new role.

One of the biggest challenges I've faced in my career was transitioning from a role that felt comfortable and familiar to one that pushed me to grow and adapt. At first, the uncertainty and the fear of failure were overwhelming. The fear of stepping outside of my comfort zone made me question whether I was ready for the new responsibilities, but it also helped me realize that personal and professional growth often come from tackling the tough moments.
During that time, I focused on embracing the learning process, seeking feedback, and allowing myself to make mistakes without letting them define me. Over time, I learned that the most significant obstacles often lead to the greatest growth. This experience taught me the importance of resilience, patience, and staying committed to the bigger picture, even when the immediate challenges seemed daunting.
