I work in sales, which is mostly a male-dominated field, so I understand the challenges. Look for organizations that focus on supporting women in your industry. There are plenty of women's business groups you can join, like LinkedIn groups, membership clubs, or Slack communities. Once you're a member, seek out mentors who can guide and support you in your career. For instance, I belong to several women's sales and healthcare groups and have met amazing women I can rely on whenever I have questions or need advice.

Hello Allison,
A good leader is the one who takes great decisions, overcomes obstacles and helps the team to grow up. While you are a young woman among many men, try to be more creative, productive, optimistic and problem solver.
I know that it is not easy, but no matter about your gender. What matters is the manner you work and collaborate with your team.
Allison, while you are a female leader : Innovate, think big, help your peers and elders, be different, work harder than others; then you chairman and colleagues will congratulate you.
Women are as strong, optimistic, creative and proficient as men.
Allison, have a great career, God bless you
