ANA MARIA’s Answer

I have not had the opportunity to teach but I think the most important thing is to ask the students for feedback and if there is anything that needs to be improved. This way we work on strengths and improve on our weaknesses.

Jerry’s Answer

Yes, there are the courses and ultimately practice teaching. Standard.

It appears that you live in an area that in all probability has several elementary schools, probably both public and private.

If you wish to learn as much as you can about the field, stop in at some elementary schools, at appropriate times, and talk to someone in administration about the chances of talking to some of the teachers about their work, the good and the not so good. But be prepared with pertinent questions. If all works out well, it justnmay happen that you would be invited into a class or two in order to observe.

Bingo.

Leandria’s Answer

I taught elementary school for a few years, and it was a really fun time that helped me grow a lot. The best way to get good at anything is through practice. So, I encourage you to be consistent and persistent as a teacher. Learn new skills to support your students, and seek advice from teachers with more experience. Talk with your administrators to understand their perspectives and what they expect. Also, embrace technology, as it plays a big role in the future. Finding ways for your students to use technology in learning can be very valuable. At this stage, keep learning as much as you can. Each challenge is an opportunity to learn, so approach this career with that mindset.
