Hello! I recommend discovering the learning method that works best for you. Try out different approaches like using index cards, reading, teaching others, participating in study groups, and so on. This will help you determine the most effective way to retain information, making future study sessions more productive. You might find that different subjects call for different learning techniques. In my experience, it's all about experimenting to see what works. I experience severe test anxiety, so I've had to adapt my testing strategies for success. Ultimately, I realized that reading questions aloud or mouthing the words helped me better understand them.

Hi! Think back to what has and hasn't worked for you so far in your learning journey and start there. I've found repetition is very helpful. Putting things into your own words, writing out notes, using note cards to study from and even having someone quiz you.
