David’s Answer
Like most habits it can take some time to build/start but the goal is to design a rhythm that works for your lifestyle. Start small with the same time, same place, every day if you can. Keep your tools and environment simple and free of distraction (consider muting your phone and leaving it in another room if you can, no shows on in the background). Commit to doing this even when you don't feel like it, momentum can matter more than motivation. Over time it becomes less something you "try" to do and more something you simply are doing. Build the habit first, excellence follows.

Great question! What worked for me was revising every lesson on the same day it was taught; it helped things stick. If I were super busy, I’d at least read through the lesson three times. And on exam days, I never pulled all-nighters; instead, I’d wake up a bit earlier to jog my brain and start the day fresh. That routine really helped!
