Hello, N3ero !
It's great that you are wanting to learn how employment works and although getting paid is not "fast" as you're requesting, it's great to start learning what the process of employment is all about so you can be self-directed and enter the world of work.
At 14 in Singapore, the only work you'd be able to be employed by a company for would be jobs serving drinks or food, cleaning tables in hawker centers or fast food restaurants, retail assistance, clerical work, and distributing flyers. I know that you said that you want jobs doing data entry, AI copywriting and marketing, logo creations, but those positions usually are taken by people that have had previous experience and you said that you've just started learning them. Also, in your country, people are paid monthly, but employers may choose to pay more frequently, such as every two weeks - so it's not fast. Obtaining a job is a matter of being qualified for the job, applying for the job and waiting to hear back.
At this time, you may want to consider an employment services program to become more familiar with the process of employment. A structured work experience program is offered by international schools, such as Tanglin Trust School’s WEX Week for Year 10 students, GESS’s BeyondClassrooms programme, and EtonHouse International School’s EtonCore programme. Look those up online for more information. They also provide internships and job placement.
You would need to apply for jobs or list yourself as a professional on sites like Fiverr only if you are qualified, have a certain level of expertise and can do the work. So for right now, you're on the right track starting out with learning data entry, AI copywriting and marketing, logo creations. For any artwork, you'll need to start building a portfolio of your work.
If you want cash in hand on the same day, you can try holding garage sales. You would sell things that are not needed anymore, items from family or friends or items that you make yourself. You'd get paid as each customer buys something. There is a group called The Great Singapore Garage Sale that you can contact for more information.
The Education and Career Guidance Counsellor/Coach which Singapore provides in the High Schools can greatly help you navigate the ins and outs of employment for your age group and skill set. It may be a good idea to visit the Counsellor/Coach at your high school because the counsellor/coach may have information and suggestions that do not appear on the internet. I would advise not doing anything online because you need to get the in-person experience of employment at first.
I hope this helps and I wish you all the best learning about the employment process !

I'd recommend babysitting, tutoring, putting a flyer out in your neighborhood to help do things like wash cars, clean garbage cans, mow lawns, etc.

Babysitting is a good one or being a tutor or lifeguarding.
