How much time should it take most schools to get back to me?

I have applied early action and regular decision for the ones that dont have a early action.

This will vary significantly by each school and you'll need to research their admission process for details. As long as you have verified your application was received and it was complete then you'll need practice patience. You could call the admissions office to check on the status but I don't think that would help your case.
