Hi Brianna. To keep up in school and avoid falling behind, you need good study habits. First, you need to create a study schedule and stick to it. Many students fall behind because they wait until the last minute to do homework or study for tests. Instead, set aside a little time each day for studying. Also, break big tasks into smaller parts so they don't feel overwhelming.
My advice is: Try to study your hardest subjects when you have the most energy, usually earlier in the day. Sticking to a schedule helps you stay consistent and avoid the stress of cramming before exams.
It's also very important to stay organized. Use a planner or calendar to write down your homework, projects, and test dates. Keep your notes neat and in order, and review them often instead of waiting until test week. Having a clean and organized workspace helps you find things quickly and focus better.
Another helpful tip is to study actively. Don't just read your notes over and over. Try different methods like summarizing what you learned in your own words, doing practice problems, or explaining a topic to someone else. These activities help you remember information better. Studying with friends can also be useful if everyone stays on task and helps each other understand difficult topics.
If something is confusing, you should ask for help right away. Talk to your teacher, classmates, or a tutor before the problem gets bigger. It's easy to fall behind when you ignore small misunderstandings. Getting help early shows responsibility and keeps your learning on track. All the best.

Thank you for your question. Many students have similar question. You need to develop a good learning habit. Firstly, you need to find a time management to help, e.g. MS Outlook, Google Calendar, phone calendar, etc.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Put down the time you need to attend the class every day.
2. Assign some time on your assignment and projects, etc. everyday. Review the material covered in the class on the day. If you have any questions or anything not clear, ask the teacher on the next school day.
3. Make sure you have enough time to sleep and do some exercise
4. Allocate more time for revision before assessment
5. Form study groups with classmates that can help you to acquire better understanding of the material
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
