What are the chances of building a decent career in Marine Biology with just a bachelor's degree? Do I need to earn a master's to even find a quality job in that field?

I am a high school senior. I plan to major in marine biology and minor in studio art. I have heard that it can be difficult to enter the field of marine biology without a master's degree, but I would like to seek an expert's advice.
