I feel 20 minute rule for time management really works well. In this time management technique:
1) First chose the task you want to accomplish
2) Set a timer i.e. keep the end time for this task.
3) Sit in a peaceful place and focus on the task without encountering any distractions. Work with full focus on that task for next 20 minutes.
4) Once you understand that time is over and if the task is not completed, take a 5 minutes break and then repeat this process from step 2 unless task gets completed.

Average income depends on the job and the location. It's a good idea to start your career with a well-known company. This can help you in the long term and lead to a higher salary in the future.
