What is the best method to study for someone who struggles with their ADHD? ?
I am very self aware about my ADHD and how it affects my life, and one thing I noticed was that I have a hard time studying. It's hard to maintain information and I always seem to forget. I've tried taking practice quizzes, but every time I get multiple wrong in a row, I feel defeated and just stop studying.

My partner also struggles with ADHD and over the years, he has learned that he does much better at learning information through listening versus reading. According to him, this is a common trait amongst those with ADHD. For instance, instead of reading a book, he will listen to it. There are tons of apps out there that specialize in converting text to speech. He uses Speechify but that doesn't have to be the one you pick. Another suggestion is to record the lectures you attend so that you can play them back later!
