What is the most effective way for a late starter in advanced STEM courses to not only catch up but become exceptional in aerospace engineering, and how can I turn my path into a strength that sets me apart in college and the industry? #Fall25

I know aerospace engineering is extremely competitive so I’m trying to figure out how to build skills quickly and intelligently instead of wasting time. My long-term goal is to work in the aerospace industry and contribute to real innovation, not just get a degree.
