How can I learn to stomach the unsettling and gruesome stories I would have to hear about while studying criminal psychology?

I want to study criminal psychology but through my research on other people in the same field I have learned that they have been told some of the most gruesome things just to learn about the way these criminals think. I don't have the weakest stomach but the examples I have heard from other people make me queasy. I really like the study and want to pursue this in college, but I also don't want to be that one person who throws up listening in at college. What should I do to get this feeling to go away before I enter the classes.

Is That Like Saying "I Hate Horror Movies But I Watch Them Anyway?"

You Will Not Get Used To It, But The Good That Will Come From It Will Close The Experience For Those Who Have Suffered From The Loss, Pain, Emotional Strife & Any PTSD Which May Develop.

You Will Also Crusade On Behalf Of The Victim(s), The One(s) Who Has A Silent Voice (In Many Cases) Which Is Screaming To Direct The Investigation To The Guilty Parties Apprehension & Arrest.

We All Vomit At Gross Things, So Your Ego Should Always Be In Check. It Won't Be About You, Just About What You Can Do To Provide Closure.
Then Go Home After Each Case & Relish Your Life, Family & Friends. Pray for a clear mind and positive direction.
