What kind of degrees are valued if I am interested in working for a motor sports racing team like F1 Other than engineering.?
I am a 16 year old girl and I do not want to be stuck behind a desk for a job when I grow up.

I think a lot of jobs might require some computer work, but you may not be tied to a desk necessarily! Social media management, marketing, public relations, and event management are all jobs in the field that would expose you to actual F1 environments.

I think it's great that you already know you don't want to be stuck behind a desk in your future career. Seek out hands-on experience at a local racetrack in the short term, and in the long term reach out to racing teams to ask about job shadowing or a virtual call with someone in the field.
Start identifying the people you want to emulate as you grow in your career, then figure out how to get in the same room with them. You may need to start several levels below the team owner, but getting exposure and learning the industry firsthand will build valuable connections.
