Hello, Muhammad !
The way to promote your service or product depends on the type of business you are conducting. You don't reach out "for the right clients", they come to you based on knowing you. If you are in High School, you should take a Business class if your school offers one. If you are in college you may want to take Business courses or Major in Business to learn about Business Management and Marketing because business entails a lot more than just acquiring clients.
In order to know how to operate your business or service, you will have to know and state what the product or service is, what languages you'll need to provide, if the business will be only for Pakistan or if it would be international, and gain knowledge of payment apps so clients can pay you and also if it's international how to receive or change the money over to the form you need.
You will have to advertise your service or business one way or the other because many times just showing up in a search is not enough. People have to have a reason to go to your social media page. You would also have to register your business with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. They can probably also guide you in the right direction for advertising options. It would also be a good idea to start networking so that people will get to know you and you can give them your business cards.
Good places to network would be a the Career Conference '25 in Islamabad, however, that is in a couple of weeks but you can still inquire about it through a search online. OPEN Islamabad regularly hosts networking events at venues like the Pakistan-China Friendship Center and 1969 Restaurant. Startup Grind Islamabad also holds monthly events to connect entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals, with access to a global network of startup communities. The Asian JEWEL Awards by Leaders Of Asia – Pakistan Chapter in Lahore, The APASL Single Topic Conference Pakistan, The Crafter's Expo, and Eventbrite and Bookme.pk list various business networking events across Pakistan, including virtual and in-person gatherings.
Many of the networking events I've mentioned already passed, however, you can write them down to look for them next year. Your best bet would be to enroll at University as a Business Major, however. You would be able to learn a great deal as well as have supports at University. A thriving business doesn't happen overnight or by saying something the right way, it's a process and there is a lot to learn in order to get your business up and running.
This is just general advice that hopefully can start you out and I wish you all the best moving forward !
