Hi Grace - since you're interested in pursuing kinesiology and exercise science, it's great that you're considering science courses that will prepare you well for those fields.
Between AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and Anatomy and Physiology - I'd also suggest starting with Anatomy and Physiology as its most closely aligned with your interests. AP Biology would also be very beneficial as it covers broad biological concepts that support your future studies.
Here's the breakdown:
Anatomy and Physiology - focuses specifically on the structure and function of the human body, which is directly relevant and highly recommended for kinesiology and exercise science.
AP Biology - provides a strong foundation in life sciences, covering cellular processes, genetics, and ecology, which are important for understanding how the body works on a biological level.
AP Chemistry - offers a deeper understanding of the chemical processes underlying bodily functions, which is valuable if you plan to study exercise science in detail.

Hi Grace — I’d recommend taking Anatomy & Physiology along with one AP course. Anatomy & Physiology will give you a strong foundation in how the human body works and how its systems interact, which is central to kinesiology. If your schedule allows, adding an AP class can also help you get a head start on college-level coursework.

Hi Grace. Definitely take A&P, you'll need to take it in college again but it was one of the hardest classes I took so having familiarity will be very beneficial. If you have space and time in your schedule, I'd recommend taking an AP class. Take a look at the Kinesiology major requirements for the university you are interested in (you can look at the course catalog to see the major's required courses). For example, my alma mater requires 2 chemistry courses so taking AP chem might get you ahead a class.
