What should I consider becoming an ultrasound tech?

I’m in middle school, and I’ve been thinking about wanting to become an ultrasound tech. I’ve wanted to become one because I can help parents see the life’s of their babies come together. In my personal life, I have always been the person my friends and family turn to during a crisis. So transitioning into a role where I can provide professional comfort to patients feels like a natural extension of who I am. How many scans do you typically perform in an 8-hour shift?

Good concern
To be an ultrasound technician is a pretty good career.
Once you've completed your senior high school,you can proceed to a medical college that offer either associate degree or bachelor degree in sonography which might take about 2 to 3 years.
However consideration includes,you must take taken majors in science or physics and biology.
Once also must have passion for patients and be willing to handle patients on one on one basic with love of technology as you will be using ultrasound machine on daily basic trying to aid in the diagnosis of patients ailments as per the Doctor's request.
I highly recommend the career since it sinergizes technology and medicine
