I am going to attempt to answer this question! I am not a professional wrestler and do not have a parallel career path. I grew up in a town that is home of one of the legendary professional wrestlers and I know a lot of stories about him so I am going to attempt to share what I know!
The two forward qualities you need to have are you need to be charismatic, and to look the part/ be athletically fit .
Your charisma needs to enter the room before you do. You need to be outwardly friendly, you need to be able to talk to anyone and make them feel like the most important person in the room, you need to stand out in the room and make people want to talk to you. Even if your character is to play the villain, make sure you are the nicest person anyone has ever met outside the ring!
Start to power lift. Get competitive with lifting and get on your high school wrestling team if you are not already. Start to figure out how to "get the look" but also be healthy. Professional wrestlers have a lot of health issues as time goes on because of the intense work they do day in and day out. Your fitness must be top notch and you need to learn now how to be healthy as you are maintaining a look.
I really dislike telling someone as career advice to "look this way" but this is entertainment and athleticism on camera front and center so I feel I can't avoid saying that.
Aside from that, I would consider joining your drama club in high school or in your community. This sounds funny but when you boil it down professional wrestling is a lot of drama. Being able to deliver lines convincingly and effectively while on camera or in front of a crowd is part of the job. If you cannot do that you likely won't have much time on screen or in the ring!
Consider additional activities that are competitive and similar to the motions you will be doing as a professional wrestler. Find a gym and do jui-jitsu or MMA competitively. Find a place that does gymnastic classes and expand what moves you can do. Again do competitive weight lifting as well. Work hard and be competitive so you can start to get eyes on you and what you are doing.
Reading this you are probably thinking "drama club, gymnastics, MMA, and that's a lot of different people that I don't associate with normally". Your number 1 is to be charismatic. What better way to work on that by associating with vastly different groups of people? Find your kindness however you can and start wearing it on your sleeve tomorrow!
One of the strangest things I dealt with in my life was maintaining a sense of negativity around me when it no longer served who I was. I grew out of being angry at everything and wanting to focus on the great things in my life but people expected me to still be that same negative person I was. I feel like if you want something that bad and the only way is to change your attitude to others, you flip the switch and just do it no matter what the people around you think or feel. When you do it for a while it just becomes genuine.
Past that, make a positive footprint with your competitive nature and feel free to share it publicly. There are classes that I think you need to take in order to be a professional wrestler, look into them but I think that will be part of your path no matter what. Consider stunt man classes as well as they cover similar techniques and can be alternate or temporary work as you are looking for the next big thing. Consider getting into movies as "henchman #3", something that can show you fighting on camera possibly giving you exposure. Learn how to say yes to opportunities as they are presented to you.
Again I don't know an exact path but I feel like this is the area you need to focus on in order to get in the spotlight to get noticed.
Turn the kindness on now. Figure out how to be nice to anyone you meet, whatever it takes just do it.
Figure out your health, your athletics, and what you can become athletically competitive in.
Join a drama club either school or community. Work on the other suggested competitive spaces.
Get me tickets to your first event!!! (I'm holding you to it).
Become familliar with "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan if you are not already!
