I assume you're interested in becoming a personal trainer? Think about what you like to be working as at the gym and then practice those jobs first by taking a summer or part-time job, or by volunteering. Once you have this experience, put it on your resume.
In addition, you can put on your resume some personal fitness achievements that are related to a personal training career. For example, if you performed well in your school physical education class, participated in sports tournaments, ran in marathons, or won a tournament, list these achievements.
I hope you get to follow your dream of a career in fitness!
