This is awesome! My mother had a degree in Home Economics, what it was called when she graduated in 1972. She took that degree and taught HomeEc for a year and then she started working as a food service manager via Canteen at Caterpillar, Inc. She was running their employee cafeteria and she loved it. Good luck with your goals!
