Hi Ella! Business careers can be very competitive, so it is important to have a few qualities to be successful.

I think that you have to have a competitive spirit, ambition, excellent communication skills, and you have to be fearless. It is ok to fail as long as you learn from it and learn quick! I recommend reading Chris Baron's book, "The Fearless Leader". She has managed to navigate the business world successfully! Its not a super long book, but the tips in that book are priceless. My advice is that the best attributes to have when going into a business career are; effort, self motivation and endurance. You do not to have straying A's, but you need to put in the effort to try. You also need to pick your self up when there are tough days at work or school. Also, surround yourself with positive friends and family that will help you through. Lastly, have endurance to try and try again when you fail. I've failed many times, but have built endurance to try again and again until I succeeded!
