Try to pick and choose things you do. You might not be able to say yes to everything you want to do/ are invited to. Look for low cost or free activities you can do. If you live on campus, there usually are so many happening at school, so keep an eye and ear out and try to attend them. Also, try to set a budget for yourself knowing how much you owe in tuition and what you spend on other expenses and just track it. It'll help understand what you need to save and how much extra money you have for both necessary expenses (rent/room and board, food, other bills) but also for fun extra things too.
