Talia’s Answer

In your first job, people will quickly notice whether you solve problems, communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and make life easier for the team. Credentials may get you in the door, but consistency, follow-through, and good judgment are what build trust and accelerate your growth. If you’re unsure, ask good questions early, then act on the answers. Ultimately, show up prepared, do the small things well, and make your manager’s job easier as much as possible.
