Mathematics is a language, a symbolic and logical language. Hence, it appears to be a foreign language for most of us.
That said, we should approach the learning of mathematics as if it was a foreign language. The most effective way to learn a language is by practice, practice, and practice.
Build a solid foundation by doing a lot of exercises. With plenty of exercises, you will develop a firm grip on this “foreign” language.

Practice! Practice problems are a great way to learn. Math is all about understanding "why" rather than just "what". If you focus on learning why something works in a math problem, why it's the answer, you will be able to apply those learnings to future math problems, and to learning in general. If you need help understanding a certain problem, ask for help (AI tools can help here too) understanding step by step what to do, and why to do it that way. Different problems need different approaches, but it's always best to think about what you're ultimately trying to solve, what you DO know, and what else may be useful to fill in. Most importantly, what are you trying to understand/solve? This is a critical skill in math and in career in the future.
