Jezlea’s Answer
Hi Travis, to me, career readiness means getting ready with the skills needed to succeed in my job. This includes soft skills like good communication, reliability, punctuality, clear presentation, and networking. It also involves technical skills, such as knowing programming languages and being familiar with tools like Claude, Excel, JIRA, and Microsoft. Moreover, career readiness means staying updated on the skills most valued in my industry and by companies I might work for.
