If my strengths are being independent and being a fast learner and my hobbies are dancing, being adventurous and doing hair. what are types of careers and industries might best fit me?
What careers would be suitable for my strengths and hobbies?

To be honest, it’s all up to you. We all change our minds and get into different professions for our own reasons. I didn’t know what I wanted to do when I was younger. It took me awhile before I started realize that as much as I enjoy art and other things, I really want to be in the medical field because I want to protect my parents from the wrong doctors and make sure that they are well informed and taken care of. Unfortunately, I couldn’t save my father but I’m making sure to put all my energy into saving my mother.
Ask yourself the right questions and I think you can figure things out yourself.
What do you really care about?
What are you willing to study and realistically spend time and money on? Do you really have the patience to be around people and deal with them when they are irate?
Do you have the patience to help others when they can’t help themselves?
Do you see yourself caring for others?
Would you rather spend time indoors in front of a screen, or would you rather be outside?
Do you have the patience to deal with paperwork?
Who do you want to work for: yourself, or somebody else?
If yourself, do you have the motivation to do all tasks by yourself and build everything from scratch?
If for others, what type of work environment do you want to be involved in? Are you willing to stand up for others if it’s a toxic? Or if you know the company is not willing to improve, what are you going to do?
These are questions you have to answer honestly to yourself and but your answers will also evolve with time.

Hello! I am also a dance, have many hobbies, and appreciate work life harmony. I've been dancing for the past 7 years (going on 8 soon), and I not only dance many days a week, I also travel to dance at conferences around the US and the world. Dance brings me an immense amount of joy, and is not something I am willing to let go of, because it is something that supports both my mental and physical health.
To answer your question about careers and industries that might be a good fit, I recommend looking into the tech field. I've been working in tech for the past 8 years, and find that being able to work remotely or hybrid allows me to have the flexibility to be present in both my work life and my personal life. Also, many skills you learn from working in the technology field transfer over nicely to other industries, and you will gain a competitive portfolio of skills and experience. There are many non-technical and technical roles in tech you can explore based on your interests. You can consider roles as a Software Developer, Client Success professional, Customer Support professional, Product person, Technical Writer, Sales person, Marketing, and more. All departments in tech companies have unique needs, and the best part is that if you ever want to transfer to another industry like Health and work corporate for hospitals, all of these skills transfer into those other industries as well. The ability to work remotely, enjoy flexible time off, and work life harmony brings a lot of value into your personal life and your ability to be present for your hobbies like dance. If you're not sure where to start in tech (the list of potential roles is quite long because there is a lot of opportunity), I recommend exploring an entry level support position, learning about other departments, learning about software and software tools (Confluence, Jira, support tools, documentation, product, help centers), and through that exploration and learning, identifying which department in the tech company you'd like to upskill into. You could consider a career in cosmetology! It usually takes about a year of full-time study, and then you can start an apprenticeship for another year. There are lots of paths you can explore, like becoming a bridal makeup/hair artist or styling for the entertainment industry. This career can be exciting and full of energy!

If you're independent and like doing hair, I recommend a career in cosmetology and then start your own salon after a few years. You could be your own boss and do something you love. Plus its a fairly common career path so there will be lots of guidance out there from people who have done it.
