Hi iam Sann ,iam 18 years old and iam gonna take admission for bba hr . I had like to know more tips about my pre collage time period what should I have to do now in less than one month , which skill should I have to build and want is the thing company see in employee which have bba hr background what is the ideal thing or the unique thing I can build in myself I want a direction too which path after this is good for me I will do mba hr after this and then or in between what should I have to develop in my resume can I do mba hr from abroad in min cost ? Cuz I am not that much good in my 12th grade studied with pcm but it
Iam 18 by yr old name sann and I have studied pcm in my 12 grade , I want to settle or study in abroad i like to do research but tho it is not my field but still iam interested in it.....guide me pls

In this remaining month before classes start, take time to review your curriculum and identify any gap areas—things you're interested in that the program might not cover in detail. For example, getting a head start on understanding basic HR policies will give you a great foundation and make it much easier when you eventually start designing them in your career!
Research on AI tools especially in HR Feild (like Chat Gpt, Claude, Gemini ) if you really want to persue your career in it
