- The more committed companies will have a separate page on sustainability
- Sometimes job descriptions will mention certain values - such as respect for others - which could be a good sign
- It would also be a good sign if the interviewer brings up values important to you or related ones
- If sustainability does not come up, you could ask about it in interviews
- You could search the company for its record on sustainability
