I had to take some specific classes for my profession (accounting / business / economics) but a good amount of the job was learned during my time at the firm. Classes will teach you the foundational learnings for your career, but practicing on the job will also teach you how to broadly apply those learnings. Don't be afraid to ask for help and receive mentorship, as this is a large part of your growth!

Work life balance is the challenging for me right now since I am a graduate student. I strive to complete the most necessary tasks then try my best to disconnect from work once home.
