Being a pediatrician means going for medical sciences after high school. So one would need Biology, Chemistry and Physics in high school as pre-requisites to pursuing a medical career path.

I'd worry less about classes in high school and focus on key science classes in college. Prior to applying to Medical School you will need some pre-requisite biology, chemistry and physics courses. I used to think to go to Medical School you had to major in Science, but that is not the case. Medical schools are looking for well rounded students and while science is important it's not the only thing they are concerned about. If you are really interested in a different major like English for example, you could pursue that major and just ensure you take the appropriate science courses along the way to support your Med School application. If you can talk to a counselor or mentor, they can walk you through the process as well to help you with your journey.
